Pricing and Terms
ULTIMA Full Service Bottling Includes: Bottle, Sparging with Nitrogen, Vacuum Gravity filling, Vacuum corking, Automatic Capsule application, Foil Spinning (Tin, Aluminum and Poly Laminates). We offer Pressure Sensitive Labeling (see specifications sheet). Automatic Case sealing is also provided. ULTIMA Mobile Bottling requires 7 Winery supplied personnel. A line speed of 350 cases per hour must be maintained or hourly rates will prevail.
ULTIMA Half Service Bottling Includes Either: Bottle Sparging, Filling, Vacuum Corking or Labeling (see rates below). Either half includes Capsule application and Foil Spinning.

There is a 400 case minimum for line changeover to 375 ML bottles
Cases are billed as 12 bottles per case for 750 ML and 375 ML and 6 bottles per case for 1.5 Ltr.
ULTIMA Mobile Bottling ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE BIOLOGICAL STABILITY OF BOTTLED PRODUCT. THE WINERY MUST DESIGNATE A PERSON TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE APPROVAL AND BOTTLING COMMENCEMENT
