Pressure Sensitive Label Specifications & Requirements
ULTIMA currently uses an Impresstik 4000 VAC Pressure Sensitive Labeler.
Pressure Sensitve labels are outside wind, left off with a 3 inch core diameter and maximum outside diameter of 11.8 inches.
Please submit label samples to ULTIMA 30 days prior to the proposed bottling dates. Also please submit fully dressed "dummies" for proper label placement. Labels will be applied as close to specifcations as posible however, a 2 millimeter variance should be expected occasionally due to imperfections in glass and or labels.

Important notes:
1. Tapered Bottles:
It is recommended that labels are printed FB2 (fronts/backs separate webs). This allows us to individually control the labeling heads, enabling better label placement accuracy.
If labels are printed FB1 (fronts/backs on a single web) then we cannot guarantee that the back label will apply in a straight manner.
2. Clear Labels/Clear Liners:
Depending on the label & liner composition, we may need to use special sensors when applying clear labels. Please supply us with label samples prior to the bottling date so we can assess for the type of sensors to be used.
